A bit of Z is about simple, natural and intuitive ways of mothering, living and just being: it's my journey of learning how to raise healthy children while being a working mama, artist and entrepreneur through creative play, mundane activities, storytelling, social life and through rhythm and repetition.

Young children learn through imitation so it is my responsibility as mother to be the best role model I can possibly be and sometimes this isn’t as easy as it sounds, isn't it? A bit of Z gathers all the tools we use to make our lives as parents and the life of our children one of love, joy and fulfillment.
